RSVP: How to Choose the Right Extra Curricular Activities at Different Ages?

You’ll never be the only applicant with great scores or grades. However, you will be the only person who has lived through your distinctive set of experiences, challenges, tragedies, and triumphs. In the overall preparation for students seeking a US education, experiences outside of the classroom are often under emphasized or thought of too late in the process.

US schools whether boarding school or university, are ultimately looking for a diverse student body. Diversity doesn’t just relate to academic talents, ethnicity, geography, and gender. Diversity relates to the unique experiences that each student brings to help the school community be as varied, vibrant and open experience as possible, enhancing the educational experience for all.

Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA’s) contribute to the well-being and development of students. They help students explore themselves and demonstrate who they are to a school. We will discuss the importance of ECA’s in student profiles and help parents and students understand how to develop this important part of their education at any age, with as much forethought and purpose as they do academics. Early planning is key. Join our talk to get more insights from our admission experts!
