By accessing to the Website, regardless of the means of access, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy as applied to your use of the Website. If you do not accept any of them, you must refrain from using and accessing the Website.

13. These terms together with our Privacy Policy and Copyright Policy are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. 
14. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
