Sharene was educated in the US and UK, holding degrees and diplomas from Durham, Bristol, London, and Columbia Universities, and previously served seven years on the Board of the Hong Kong International School Parent Faculty Organization.

Sharene leads ARCH’s Admissions Consulting and Education Services with a focus on ensuring excellence across all student advising. She brings extensive crosssector experience as a former senior corporate lawyer in mergers & acquisitions and private equity, as well as a successful entrepreneur with ventures across Europe, Asia, and the United States. She is also a member of the Independent Education Consultants Association (IECA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Under her leadership, students have consistently secured offers from at least one of their top three university choices, including leading institutions such as Stanford, Princeton, Dartmouth, Brown, UChicago, NYU, LSE, Durham, and Imperial.
