ARCH x Mini Mandarins iCare Talking Book: Explore the Issue of Food Waste Compose Your Own Audiobook
Beginning with one's relationship with food, we will guide students to grasp the problems of hunger, poverty and food waste in our society. We have also incorporated community service to cultivate students’ empathy towards the society. The course will strengthen students’ appreciation and empathy through conceptual and practical learning experience.

Parent-Child Volunteer Experience: "Bread Run" Activity
In collaboration with Foodlink, parents and students will be collecting unsold bread from participating bakeries and outlets. During the expedition, parent-child teams will also have a chance to speak to shop owners and understand the issue of surplus food.
Foodlink Foundation was established in 2001 and registered as a charity in Hong Kong in 2009. They are committed to reducing hunger, assisting beneficiaries to build self-sufficiency, promoting their focus on food nutrition, and reducing food waste in the hotel and catering industry in Hong Kong.
